The idea here is to start a thread about the x0 year of the Soviet Armed Forces medal documents.

This example is something I just received; an extremely nice (I hope) 30 years medal doc. Nice and clean, without the more common water or wear damages aside from the usual corner and spine wear.

This is a heavily awarded medal no doubt, but after 60+ years these documents are not that common, at least in my surfings of the ebay. And this example, as it's nice and clear and with the attempt at decent caligraphy is, I think, a good example of immediate post-GPW documentiation.

Enough talk, what do you guys think? And you would be so kind as to help with the name and rank, please?
