Badge "Honoured Worker Of Justice".

Another new award and the highest honour given by the Justice Ministry. I cannot make out the "nut" on the back- maybe someone can help. The rendering of the green background is rather interesting; hearkens back to the "egg" badges, although this is one-piece.
