1929 Georgian GPU Ruling (Approved By Berija).

Here is a Georgian SSR GPU ruling from April 1929 pertaining to usual inquiries that were occurring at the time.

It is proposed by Rumjantsev (as chief of departmental affairs) and approved by Berija (as president of the GSSR GRU)

This may be from the same file as http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...tml#post205565 but it only at the GSSR level and not the TSFSR level. The "boilerplate" is however converted from TSFSR to GSSR for the purpose of this ruling.
