Failed the inspection!

In 1949 new uniforms were introduced for Air Force. Here is a picture from instruction of how to wear awards on new open jackets and picture taken in December of 1949. This was changed in 1950. HSU star “migrated” in 1954.

Have you got the rule of wearing uniforms of 1949 (pravila?!)?
Or do you know where can i buy a copy/original?
