Also, from the same year and for the same organization, a small (maybe 4cm wide) pin that is rather well made.

I have to wonder why the 30th anniversary got a real medal, but the 25th (a more commonly celebrated anniversary point) only got these little "doo-dads"?

Then again, the 45th anniversary of the MVR also has a badge as well - which is posted elsewhere (sorry).
