Badge "Exemplary Soldier".
Here is the Badge "Exemplary Soldier" (모범군인표). A fairly obscure early pinback piece from the period after Liberation from Great Japan and the Korean War in which emphasis was changing from combat honours to "preparedness" honours. The Badge is quite crudely fashioned in enamelled Copper-Nickel and features a soldier within a "Guards Badge" style shield. This shield design can still be found upon "Exemplary" badges of the present day although all other affectations have been lost.
