Honestyl, I have always had doubts about this one. Late, unissued, name-augmented, etc.??? Maybe I am paranoid, maybe I am rational. Ideas.

I believe this may very well be a "put together" affair. The Ukaz number is fairly high for March but Ukaz #866 was on 14th March.

Research shows two HSL Ivan Stojanovs one a Ivan Stojanov Stojanov awarded 30th August 1969 and the other Ivan Nikolov Stojanov awarded 25th April 1970.

Hopefully this one is one that has "slipped through" rather than been "made up".

Indeed, looks like a legit Dimitrov entry for this booklet (I haven't checked if the number was in accordance with the date) with an added entry. Fake labor hero stars have casting defects hard to see on such photos.
