KGB UzSSR Kindergarten Momento

Hopefully you don't remember the dreadfully awful Arnold Schwartzenegger movier Kindergarten Cop, but it seems we have one better - Kindergarten KGB Minder!:thumbsup

Photos attached show a kindergarten momento for having graduated kindergarten and starting school awarded by the UzSSR Council of Ministers KGB Kindergarten 1/36 issued to Kotik Sukhanov.

The inscription reminds him it is "...necessary to earn good grades and be an example to others in order to be a useful member to our Soviet motherland. Remember Lenin's adage to 'study, study, and study.'"

Interestingly the cover has a similarly colored strip of tape obscuring something - perhaps someone's name who fell out of favor... Whatever information it hides the tape is effective since I don't want to mar the cover by removing it.

Just imagine little Kotik in fifteen years holding a rifle or truncheon. Also imagine if the KGB had high schools - what would their mascot be and would you dare win against them in intermural sporting competitions?
