Distinction "Aracelio Iglesias".
This award is for men and women with 25 years uninterupted service in the Merchant Marine Service. Awarded by the Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de Marina Mercante, Puertos y Pesca. (National union of Workers of Merchant marine, Ports and Fishes)

Even accounting for a (very!!!) poor quality scan, the medal in the first scan is silver, not gold. Could it be that this medal is given, for example, in silver for, say, 20 years, and in gold for 25 years? Marc |

"If" it is Silver that would most likely be the case. Here is the paragraph on the award from the Decreto Ley #30. No two classes mentioned.
