Here is the Torch Procession Commemorative Medal (횃불행진기념메달). Founded on or around 27th November 2005 in collaboration with the 60th anniversary of the party.

Awarded for "The Trooping of the socialist construction of the great power. Vanguard of the honour of the revolutionary potential of enthusiastic youth's powerful glow in the torch procession to commemorate the display"

I have noticed that there are some blatant omissions of some DPRK awards here. Not just rarer awards but some extremely common ones (with large numbers of types/variations). I'll try and get round to posting them soon but circumstances aren't particularly conducive to that at the moment.
