I am in Tashkent and have been offered this attached badge for 300$

The badge was made in 1935 / 36 for 15 years of foundation the Kazak SSR. It was normaly given to vip´s.
I think, a year ago a major US dealer sold/offer one for about 300 USD. It was made out of silver plated brass.

There are two types of this badge, in bronze finish and silver or nickel-plated finish. It's huge and loaded with great imagery!

Random piece of trivia, if my memory serves me correctly: the design of this badge featured an "old" way of writing out Kazakhstan, as "KAZAK" with a cyrillic K in the middle vs the cyrillic X. By the time the badge was released, the spelling had already changed..
