Honoured Title "Meritorious Worker".

Here is the Honoured Title "Meritorious Worker" (Почетное Звание "Заслуженный Работник") of the Agin-Burjat Autonomous Okrug (Агинского Бурятского Автономного Округа). The Badge was founded in 1997 and must have ceased on or before 1st March 2008 (when the Okrug was renamed).

This particular example has had the suspension replaced with something slightly more familiar.
