"Republic Of Uzbekistan People's Artist" Honorary Title.

Here is the "Uzbekistan Republic People's Artist" Honorary Title ("O'zbekiston Respublikasi Xalq Artisti" Faxriy Unvoni) which is the fourth highest title of the Republic Of Uzbekistan. Founded on 26th April 1996

This is a Type 2 (Coat of arms reverse) and is numbered #0 - These are not usually numbered but this example happens to be the approved prototype specimen.

Awarded to the art of theatre, music, film, music, circus, television and radio, for the development of creative personnel training and education services.
