Here is the Medal "For Distinction In Exercises" (Медаль «За Отличие В Учениях»). Founded by Order #219 of 5th April 2014.

Awarded to military personnel, "for high personal performance in the field, sea and air training, achieved during the exercise, for skilfully organising and conducting exercises in which goals have been achieved, for achievements in the development and improvement of the methods and means of warfare, enhancing the effectiveness of arms and military equipment displayed during exercises."
