Party Membership Non-Partisan, Average, Height 175cms, circumference of chest 105cms, restriction of movement of the left knee joint, brief analysis, wounded 1st December fragment left thigh. Location of extraction researched, Evacuation Hospitals 2730, 1409, 3102 from 25th January 1942 applying poor treatment, placed in plastered bandages, 2 rods, placed in baths, gymnastics, massaged, a lens recognised disease in the effected side in the middle third of the left thigh there is a surrounding scar 5x1cm on the front surface of the middle third of the left thigh having in the area of the scar 1x1cm severely restricting movement in the left knee joint.
Results of specialised research.
On the side of the left thigh bones changes are not observed, no foreign bodies.
