What exactly is a "Militia" in a Soviet 1955 sense? Is that like a National Guard unit, or like a Veteran's oganization? Thanks!

I think it is impossible to value the lot, which is probably why no one made a guess. Prices vary quite widely for late-era stuff, and the other uniform is a sum-of-the-parts job. Ebay is your best bet -- maybe someone needs one of the parts of the one set, and maybe you will find someone new who'd like the other. Best of luck!
