Uniform ID

Hello,
Can any of you guys out there give me an era on this tunic and potential value? This tunic is owned by a friend who took it as a throw in on some WWII German deal. So what era and what would be a ball park price for this one? I am sure it would be for sale once a value is determined and if you are interested in it let me know. These are the only pics I have but can get more if needed. All help is appreciated. Thanks Clete

Tankist sergeant(?) uniform, made 1964 in Kiev. As for price... 40-50 USD for the tunic.
