That "66" mark (post 96 and 97) looks more like some sort of manufacturing incident than a clear 66 with separate digits. It looks as if the tool used to mark the spot where to drill a hole slipped.
In my opinion, I do not believe that it is a maker's mark.

Here is some interesting new info from Victor on his award.

Order of PW-2 #101278, which is currently in my collection, has a very small digit '1' on reverse, and not the cyrillic "Y", as stated.
The height of digit '1' is 0.7-08 mm, as opposed to the usually seen technological marks of 1.3 mm in height.
Such "short" digits are seldomly observed and therefore, rare.

I'll correct the info in the second list.
