Here is my Baikal-Amur railroad. I believe it's genuine (details, patina and mint mark on the ring) but i wait for expert opinions.

If your statement is specific to this medal, I'll happily agree with you. If, however, it is of a more general type, I am afraid that I'll have to disagree; about a couple of months ago, I saw a fake saving medal with the mintmark on the ring (later type: struck, convex).
