As far as I can tell the Scout is good (possibly, with repairs to the screwpost), the Sniper is not.

This thing is for sale on a Finnish auction site. Going for 15€ at this moment. It looks well made, but it's a fake, right? It looks too shiny and polished to me. Immaculate screw plate too!

You need to show the back of these piece for accurate assessment.

Now, that being said, the first one is 100% current production, and I tend to believe that the second one is also.

The hammer and sickle on the first example is rather crude! I´d stay away from it.
