To underline is that there is one hole for a screw back medal/badge on the left part of the tunic, this medal was missing and was definately there originally due to the mark left inside.

If on the left side it was probably either Lenin 100th anniversary or a HSU(doubtful, esp. if the medals are the only pinback ones worn on this uniform)

Is it just me, or is the order all wrong?!
You have:
Medal for the Anniversary of the Soviet Armed Forces 70 years
Medal for the Anniversary of the Soviet Armed Forces 60 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 15 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 10 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 20 years

It should be:
Medal for the Anniversary of the Soviet Armed Forces 60 years
Medal for the Anniversary of the Soviet Armed Forces 70 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 20 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 15 years
Medal for the Irreproachable Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR 10 years

That type of service uniform was used up until 1958.

Dear experts,

I was thinking that I might part with my tunic. May I know in your opinion how much this set (tunic + medals (parades,anniversary,long service, but w/o the kgb medals) is fairly worth?

i think that all together the tunic / medals might be $65 or so; the tunic is worth maybe $30-$40 or so, but i am guessing a bit on the medals.

I've seen them go for $50 and I've seen them go for $150...although that usually depends upon whether I'm buying or selling with me on the losing end of the deal. The guards badge looks like it may be wartime (hard to tell with this photo) which are selling at a premium now...as are wartime red stars. If it's a 1985 OPW I, not so much. If it's wartime, you have your christmas present cash right there ($200 plus)
