As for me, if I decide to buy this document, only Gorbachev’s verification would convince me that it’s his own. It does not make any sense for me: “Gorbachev’s ID for sale????” Would he sell it? Never - he does not need money. Who would be able to get his ID and sell it? Think about this. We are questioning authentity of orders and medals, which are more difficult to make, comparing to this document.
I would buy it only if the price is $5.00-$10.00, just for fun.
It’s only my opinion. If somebody believes it’s original, I have an original Breznev’s Order of Victory for sale.
