According to the images i've seen the order would be, from left to right as the viwer sees it, Para, academy, Guards.
This seems to be the same order as on the Soviet uniforms. Correct me if i'm wrong the para badge was always left of the academy badge from the viewers perspective. Guards to the right or above of the academy badge. Eddie.

Here is a photograph illustrating how the badges are worn on the tunic chest pocket (taken from www.cadetcorps.ru).
