The Non-Black Earth/Distinguished Labor medals/documents group was allegedly awarded to a tractor driver, although I have no proof of this.

Certainly sounds like a very viable occupation for someone awarded with the pair. Maybe some more information will present itself with time. Unfortunately the Labour Award Site is constantly being reshuffled and can be rather difficult to navigate. I don't think the Ukazes of this date have yet been added either (No results when looking today anyway).
