Orange and black are colors of the St. George ribbon, symbolising fire and smoke on the battle field; red is the color of the Soviet banner; green is the symbol of survival (I think, need to double check this one).

Here is a 6th May 1985 awarded Labour example to Nikoloz Vladimirovich Hahanashvili (Николоз Владимирович Хаханашвили) in Gori GSSR.

Nikoloz's wife's (Nina) Labour Front group is also in the collection (and will be presented later). Surprisingly neither have any mention on "the site" even though they both were awarded the 1985 Medal.

Another Labour version. This one awarded 7th May 1985 to Ol'ga Vasil'evna Sammanova by the Gidani Region of Tbilisi. Unfortunately again no additional information.
