I believe it's a small and slightly curved mintmark variation. Also the number is too high for the large mintmark.

My mistake, you are correct Alexei, the highest number for the large curved MONDVOR is 7,821. This is the small, slightly curved mintmark, with highest number being 10,428.

The name is Portnov, Lev Pavlovich. I have received only this documented Red Star, and have just sold it. Now my supplier informs me that he is sending me another dozen of items belonging to him. Makes me so mad!

The lowest known number for this type is 2647, and the highest - 9176.
