The document is quite interesting, a heavy tank regiment probably fielding JS I and or JSII tanks.

I see "7 О Гв. Т. Т. полк" which is "7 Independent Guards Heavy Tank Regiment".

'Komandir' (commander). The document is signed by the commander of the 7th Independent Guards Heavy Tank Regiment.
