Here is another Type 1 Variation 1, without the hole. This one is #199 which also has a matching document (which will follow later), unfortunately when the document was issued they forgot to write the date in it which isn't as helpful than if it had been remembered.

Here is the document for "Red Banner Of Labour" #199 to Todor Ignatiev Petrov. Although the document is undated I would suggest that it was awarded during either the last week in January or first week in February 1951. The quite exceptionally low booklet number of 2736 is a very early hand signed document rather than every other (later) booklet I have seen which were all rubber stamped. This would illustrate that the "Red Banner Of Labour" was issued more rapidly that the "Red Banner" as "Red Banner" #106 in my collection was awarded with Booklet #6603 on 8th September 1951. Order Booklet #3772 was used to awarded the Medal "For Military Merit" on 10th March 1951 and is also rubber stamped.

This has to be in the top 10 "To Research" in my collection. If only it were viable.
