It's true, Mongolia never had a navy forces. Some merchant ship using Mongolian flag fishing in sea.

I can't post here picture, 50kb is too low

. Mongolian armed forces private soldiers shoulderboards is blue, internal militant forces use red shoulderboards, border guard forces use green..,

This picture shows todays commissioned and non-commissioned officer's Epaulettes. Above link shows old Epaulettes, I suppose it's around 1930-40.
