Always wanted one of those, just never was in the right place at the right time.
Anybody know the regs on being awarded these? Officers only? Air Force only?....

Instituted on 31 March 1975 by order 81 of the minister of defense of the USSR.

I think it was awarded to all soldiers (officers, nco´s, soldiers) who served for 15 years in the air defernce troops.

The badge was produced by Leningrad mint (German silver). Measurements : 43 x 33 mm
