I read something about this rifle on Wikipedia; Berdan rifle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I also read in the book “Stalin’s war” that the Russian WWII partisans used the Winchester M1895 rifle. This rifle was ordered during WWI by Russia for the guards of the tsar. After the October revolution a lot of these rifles fell into the hands of civilians. Talking about the Mosin Nagant carbine sling. I already knew the website Mosin Nagant but it seems that I had not read it good enough. More about the carbine sling; The Model 1938 Carbine . Now I know where I have to search for. Maybe somebody can tell me where to find these carbine slings?
