Not really related to the "dating" discussion, but since this topic has caused people to squint closely at screwplates, I hope this question doesn't draw us off topic:
On Mongolian awards, screwplates that bear evidence on the reverse of being recycled gallantry or combat service medals occasionally appear. One example shown. Is this seen on Soviet awards as well? |
