If there is an item out there, there is a collector for it....
Any item hiding away "out of sight" isn't very useful for this forum. As much on topic information as possible needs to be aired in this public forum. I have a vast number of items yet to be photographed and posted (as I've only got two hands) which range in rarity and "value" from unique items that have cost me 4 figures to absolutely mass produced items which are "freebies" more often than not. As posted previously this new setup will be flexible and if something has been overlooked or new demands are presented things can be very easily changed to encompass whatever it may be. It is best to do as much planning as possible before the big change so it will need as little tweaking as possible.

In the reference books I've read, the countries outside of the Warsaw Pact were referred to bu the CIA as part of the "Soviet Sphere."
It's a broad term, but it was the official term for any country other than those who were not directly part of the Warsaw Pact but were attempting to follow the Soviet system of government such as Cuba and all the South American countries that attempted . Phillip

Sounds good to me. We need a name for the Imperial Russian and "not yet communist" section for the Imperial Russian Sphere which doesn't work as a title as the Baltic states etc were very much post Empire.
I'm sure the word "transitional" can be used somewhere here maybe?

As I have said REPEATEDLY, current Mongolia is in no meaningful way phaleristically distinct from the MPR. The same awards continue with none of the mutilation you see, for example, in Russia (poor Suvorov, getting crucified!).
Likewise, on what basis do you slice out 1921-24 Mongolia? Pre-1921, perhaps. But do we want to discuss Qing Dynasty awards or things from Taiwan here? What about the kingdoms or Iraq or Afghanistan or the awards invented by the current occupation forces? I can recommend a few easy books on Mongolian or world history if you wish. Reform should be made on the basis of knowledge and evidence that leads to a focused and rational improvement, not just change for the sake of mandated change, and exercise of power, and micro-manipulation. OK, I'll join the chorus too, then
 1. Why put Tuva in Section 3 - Soviet Sphere, when it was a part of the RSFSR, and therefore a component of the USSR itself  2. Some important sections that, IMHO, are missing from Section 3 - Soviet Sphere: --Afghan Paper Items --Chinese Paper Items --Chinese Uniforms --Czechoslovakian Award Groups --Czechoslovakian Titles (they do have Hero and Labor titles...) --Czechoslovakian Paper Items --Hungarian Award Groups --Korean Uniforms --Polish Paper Items --Polish Uniforms --Romanian Paper Items --Vietnamese Award Groups --Yugoslavian Titles --Yugoslavian Uniforms 3. Awards And Decorations Of Socialist Parties Of Non-Communist Nations: many nations have (or had) both communist and socialist/social-democratic parties. The terminology currently used for this section may lead to confusion as to what should/shouldn't be included. 4. Section 4 - Imperial Russian Sphere And Resulting Nations Currently, this section looks mostly like an arbitrarily designed, throw-all type of section. IMO, all the People's Republics should be put in Section 1, and not split along hard-set dates that end up artificially splitting one element over several sections (specifically, this applies to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Mongolia, and Ukraine).
