In translating #9 I was stumped by Глоггснит I found only one hit via Google, this Russian webpage: ���2 NE

In it the author mentions his Grandfather served:

I've highlighted some battles that match the documents I'm translating above. So he served, presumably, in the same unit as our hero Chinskiy! What a coincidence!!!

Here's some images I found on the ol' 'net recently. I'm under the impression they are some sort of booklet awarded for participation in the Belgrade battle in 1944. Haven't gotten far with the decipherment yet. :(

Judging by the fingertips in the image this is a small booklet, smaller than an award booklet and maybe about the size of the 25th Anniversary badge booklet.
