They ought to make "Excellent Tourist" badges, and award them to us stupid Americans as soon as we get off the planes. In some countries I feel like I'm wearing one already... :)

Those badges are always up for sale on eBay, called re-strikes. But fakes they are also.

Even from this scan you can tell by the color of the badges that they are all fakes. Even screwplates are not original. Starting price is about what you'd expect to pay for a genuine WWII submariner badge. Alexei |
