Medal "For Merits In Upholding The Memory Of Fallen Defenders Of The Fatherland".

The Medal "For Merits In Upholding The Memory Of Fallen Defenders Of The Fatherland" (Медаль «За Заслуги В Увековечении Памяти Погибших Защитников Отечества») was founded 4th December 2007 by ministerial decree #55.

This Medal is very much in line with the spirit of the majority of the users of this forum in upholding the memory of all service personnel (dead or alive) of the Soviet Union amongst other nations.
