Here is a 20th September 1945 dated Record Card indicating a "complete" set (with addition of a Victory Over Germany), issued by Assistant Chief of the 4th Department of the 4th Department of the Management Of Cadre Of Officer Staff Of The Navy.

This was the very first Soviet award in the collection so has waited the longest to be researched. A rather different researched piece to maybe what would be expected.

Captain Andreev, Roman Nikolaevich initiative, bold and decisive officer. Excellent guide of the warehouse personnel and shows great care in affairs of the organisation of work in the central warehouse. For the brief time working Comrade Andreev in the Department Of Specialist Devices Of The Navy disciplined and the order of the warehouse increased significantly. In Party life of he Department takes active participation. on 7th November 1944 long service in the Navy of 15 years and 1 month. Worthy of awarding the Order "Red Star".

Unfortunately this second Record Card exposes some missing pieces.

He reached the rank of Colonel and returned to Leningrad.

Military Unit 10729 was the 14th Scientific-Research Institute Of Communications Of The Navy.
