Certificate (copy) for the Document for the Medal Defense of Sevastopol issued Oleg Andreevich Muratkin December 22nd, 1942, serial #K014049, certificate dated March 21st, 1984 by the Secretary of the Sevastopol City Council, P. Ya. Veselov.
