Cavalry Shoulderboards

I have the tabs and sleeve patch, but I am still curious what sort ofshoulderboards did cavalry EM wear?
Was it just royal blue with "SA" on them?

You are correct. The epaulets are KGB blue, except that they have the SA on them.
