Pistol holster with strange stamp

This is suposed to be WW2 original pistol holster, but the stamps look kind of strange to me. The two big letters are non-cyrillic and the stampf with the year has a unusual writing.
Is it an original wartime piece?

Do you know what weapon it was intended for?
That may help out on pinning it down.

I must say it looks a hell of a lot like the RCMP and British worn holsters of the time.

It is for the TT33 and is original. Stamp is A-OK IMO also.

Perhaps the two Roman letters are someone's initials - a German's who took it as a trophy?

It could also have been worn in the GDR after the war. The new army and police in East Germany were firstly equipped with soviet weapons such as PPSh.
