I recently bought this mongolian ID to a Polish citizen Stefan Śliwa.
Can anyone help and tell me what is it exactly?
An employee's ID?

This is an ID Card issued to a foreign specialist working in the Mongolian People's Republic. It was issued to a Polish citizen named Stefan Śliwa. According to the document, he used to work at a Darkhan city Brick Factory.
