Marshal of Engineering uniform

I need some help to determine if this is post Soviet manufactured uniform.

I've been lurking in the background... I still collect stuff but just not at the same level as before... I've been really drawn to the cloth side.

I also think it's all good so I pulled the trigger and got it. Should be here in a few days so I will be able to get a closer look. As a bonus, it came with the matching trousers and hat.

Is the white shirt for this set special?

Great! Sounds like a nice set, look forward to pics when it is all set up (with the white shirt; I used to use some DDR shirts when I displayed uniforms).
