Union Of People's Youth Membership Badge.
Here is a Membership Badge of the Union Of People's Youth Of Bulgaria. The Union was functional under this name from 22nd December 1947 until 9th July 1949.
The Union was later named "Dimitrov Union Of People's Youth Of Bulgaria" until 1956 when it became http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...tml#post198899

This example issued to 16 year old Sofia resident Lilija Filipova Toteva on 12th June 1948. Document indicates membership from the second day of the organisation.
