If the user has been banned from the forum feel free to post openly. Banned members are banned for a reason and usually that is very inappropriate behaviour (towards other collectors or to the hobby in general).

I've seen his auctions. All I can say is look at the postage charges! Also this person is supposed to be in the UAE.... not flogging crap in southern England.

Any ideas on this Duplicate Red Banner? It has some scratches on the back. Could the old serial number be erased for a new one?
