Fake KGB & FSB passport + KGB & FSB badge

I got these for 20 dollar on ebay, the American seller made no claim they were real. The other stuff he sold were a variety of all kind of stuff. Mostly Russian stuff, but mostly not military, orthodox crosses, matryoshka dolls, Putin posters, shoes, sauna hats, Saint George icons, etc

They also look new (no wear and tear like you'd suspect from something made at least before the fal of the USSR)
The KGB badge is poorly made and fell apart.

I would like to learn more so I have a few questions comrads.

How real do they look?
How can you tell it's fake (I can only assume)
How legal is it have a KGB ID and badge
How legal is it to have a FSB ID and badge
How complete are there?

Sorry if this wrong place. I'm new. I read a lot of pages, but English not always so good. Please accept apologize if I made mistake.

I really just want to know as much info as I can about these items. Please help me.

Not realy. The KGB ID is not copy of anything. It's a fantasy piece for tourists.
I alo thinkthat the 90 anniversary badge doc ay be real, but it's some semi-official badge.
