General Hat Cockade
I've started to build a collection of hat cockades, and was pleased to find this one. From what I understand, it is for general officers.

Re: General Hat Cockade
Roy,
This would be sold as an M1940 cap badge for Generals...however, can I ask if it came off Ebay? DougD |

Re: General Hat Cockade
Hello Doug,
You are correct, I bought this from a dealer on Ebay. For $10.00 I thought that I would take a chance and buy it. |

Re: General Hat Cockade
It's a nice copy of a real M1940 badge (real ones are in the hundreds of dollars)!

Re: General Hat Cockade
I've seen these little guys for sale!
Mostly from Ukrainian stores but they are modelled after the 40s style cockade. They come in light blue, dark blue, red and green I thinks. It isnt bad looking. |

Re: General Hat Cockade
hello gents, I found these two badges; I believe both are genuine, but I prefer the right one...
I'd be pleased to have your opinions ;)

Re: General Hat Cockade
Please, I would like to know if this cockade is original or a fake?
