As for the horseshoe making, I know a man who sometimes makes them traditional way (even tough he does it rarely, preferring mass-produced horseshoes, as they fit almost every hoof) and have heard of at least 2 more, so the trade is not dead yet.

I stumbled across a couple on ebay by chance for little money.

Theyre fun to try and decifer and let you save money for the bigger awards at the same time!
