Military Doctor III Rank Comrade Serbinova I. S. working in Evacuation Hospital 2747 since the first day of its formation, throughout her entire work and in the period of capacity overload of the hospital has shown genuine labour heroism in the matter of treatment and care of wounded and sick fighters of the Red Army.
By specialisation - Children's Doctor/ Neonatologist/, never having dealt with surgery, it is with exceptional interest, love and faithfulness that she fulfilled the duties of an intern surgeon and carrying the additional burden of evacuation doctor and head of the physiotherapy cabinet.
Selflessly performing this enormous work, she has always provided timely and thorough surgical treatment to the wounded, clearly organising the evacuation of the wounded and in the treatment of the wounded with widely used physiotherapy methods, serving as an example for other doctors in the matter of the fastest treatment and return of wounded fighters to muster.
Since the relocation to Vorovichi Comrade Serbinova holds responsibility over the largest department of the hospital with 200 beds, which in terms of medical care came first place as department of distinction in clear organisation in the reception and evacuation of the wounded, cleanliness, fast surgical treatment of the wounded and application of boosted methods of treatment /Physiotherapy, Peat Treatment, therapeutic exercise/ The department of Comrade Serbinova on average reports daily on up to 20 people in the unit and convalescent battalion. Comrade Serbinova has personally done more than 300 active treatments of wounds, including large dissection wounds and extraction of foreign bodies. Comrade Serbinova has made extensive use of blood transfusions and plastering.
Already being the head of the largest medical department, she has performed the duties of assistant head of the hospital's medical units, providing clear work commissioning the healing of the wounded sick and timely submission of medical reports.
Comrade Serbinova for the latest 6 months has worked in the post of head of the department, literally non-stopping hands, from early in the morning to late at night, without a single day of rest, demonstrating exceptional labour ability, initiative, energy and care of the wounded and sick.
