Can anyone read what the temporary award doc says. What's the man's name and where did he get the award?

Sovvisor,

Stickpin is perfectly original, but it may have been replaced. It is very neatly soldered to the medal, but there are minor scratches near the place where it was attached.

Oh, the document says that Lt. Sakalauskas, Iozas Ionovich by order of the Commander of the 42nd Rifles Corps # n/a from 20th July 943 was awarded Order of the Patriotic war 2nd class, s/n 13495. 21st September 1943.

Ahh, there's that date! Along with the unit ID it's another Kursk award by the look of it.

Village Of Red Slobodka, Arhangel Region, Kursk Oblast seems to work for Kursk.
