Short, concise description of combat feat of service
On the 1st of September 1944, Comrade Yeremyan kept up the connection from the commanding officer of the Battalion to Rifle Company under artillery, mortar, rifle and machine gun bombardment from enemy
On the 7th of September 1944 the Battalion advanced hill 481.3 Comrade Yeremyan accompanied the Deputy of Commanding Officer of Battalion in combat service the Hero of the Soviet Union, Captain Lukyanenko everywhere, appearing with him in the most dangerous places during the most intensive moments of the battles. Comrade Lukyanenko was badly injured by the fragment of artillery fire in this battle, he gave him first aid and under gun fire of the enemy carried him to the command post of the battalion and later evacuated him to the rear so provided his safety and didn’t give the enemy opportunity to capture Captain Lukyanenko.
For shown courage and bravery in the battle and carrying out from the place of battle Captain Lukyanenko deserves the presentation and awarding of state award Order of Glory 3rd class.

Short, concise description of combat feat of service
Comrade Yeremyan was injured in battles for the town of Lygnets on the 9th of February 1945 he has returned from the hospital.
In the battles for storming the town of Breslau which began on the 25th of February 1945 he carried out his duties of messenger. Under the strong bombardment of the enemy he transmitted the orders from the battalion HQ to companies back exactly and timely.
By the fire of his machine gun he killed 6 Hitler’s (German) soldiers and captured one. For shown courage and bravery in the battle he deserves the presentation (award) of the order of the Red Star
